Position: Education Marketing Manager, Russia & CIS
Location: Moscow, Russia


Position Summary
This is a Marketing Manager role, responsible for the marketing in support of the client’s Russia Education business into Higher Education, K-12.


Responsibilities
Build and deliver well integrated marketing plans that fully support Educational Product sales and achieve agreed marketing goals. Maximize to the fullest extent the initiatives of the Campaign Marketing and European organizations to focus efforts on establishing higher value licensing sales opportunities/lead generation in HED/K-12/Students and building higher volumes of education purchases as a result. Select and engage key channel partners in co-marketing activities, which generate a clearly defined return on investment for the sales performance and long term growth for the Educational Product business. Engage the Regional Marketing Manager to plan overall marketing expenses that are allocated to Educational Product marketing.

• Conducting pilot projects of curriculum implementation in designated institutions, gathering and documentation of best practices

• Mapping of curriculum to local Higher Education, K-12 and CTE programs in Russia

• Deep localization of curriculum – creation of resources in Russian language


Marketing materials

• Localization of vertical and product-specific materials, providing local customer examples

• Creation of local materials, targeted at specific Education audiences

• Creation and publication of success stories with key Education customers

Events

• Maintaining an Education marketing calendar

• Speaking at key Education conferences in Russia and CIS

• Planning of events co-marketing activities with partners

• Planning and project management
Teacher training

• Negotiating terms and conditions of teacher training initiative with external vendor

• Launch of “train the trainer” program

Lead management

• Follow-up of all education activities with complete lead handover to sales

• Maintaining and analysis of Education marketing database with audiences break-down

• Assessment of marketing activities and ROI calculation

Vendor management

• Selection and communication with external Education marketing vendors in strict accordance with Adobe policies and procedures



Requirements

• Background in education vertical of IT hardware or software company

• Proven experience of project management and vendor relationships management

• Knowledge of key IT and business priorities of Higher Education and K-12 customers in Russia

• Good presentation skills, both in on-stage and online environment

• Good knowledge of marketing communication tools, including social media

• A reputation in Higher Education or K-12 communities

• An ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly
