Any experts on Hongkong (Mumbai)

Hi!

I am a solo traveler visiting hongkong from April 2 through 4. I would like to city like the locals do and not necessarily do it the tourist way.

Please give suggestions on places to stay, eat and party. Also, are there any attractions that I must not miss. I would like to eat at local eateries and eat authentic food. Shop/bargain at local stores and not fancy malls.

Any help would be highly appreciated....
