Considering Job in Mumbai

Greetings Everyone!
I am an expat currently living in Cairo and I'm considering an offer in Mumbai. I'm hoping I can get a little advice from those who know best.

My wife and I have two boys age 15 and 12 who would likely attend the American School of Bombay. We have two dogs and would prefer housing with easy access to a garden or park. With this in mind, what housing areas should I be looking at? How much should I expect to pay for an Protected content apartment or villa?

We have enjoyed the desert camping and scuba diving here in Egypt and hopefully we can find similar activities in India. Is there any fishing around Mumbai? in India?

I know it is a bunch of questions, and I thank everyone for their help in advance!
