Do you live in Thakur Village, Goregaon or Malad? (Mumbai)

Hi, my husband's job is relocating to Mumbai (Mira Road) in the next couple of months. We've been living in Kolkata for several years and our kids found it really hard to make friends until we met expats! Even now we struggle to meet them often due to distance/traffic. It's a big issue for my 7 year old as I am homeschooling him. So moving to Mumbai I want to be sure that we live close to some expats.

We can't afford to live in Bandra, but I'm told that Thakur Village, Goregaon or Malad might be better options, but I really want to make sure that there will be expats wherever we move. If any of you live in these places, please contact me!
