Family life in Mumbai

We are considering a move to Mumbai. Our children are 7 and 5. I'd be interested to hear about expat life in Mumbai for such young families...schools (ideally British curriculum), housing, what there is for kids to do, expat community in general, the cost of living...

We will be coming for a visit beforehand but at the moment I feel very much in the dark!
