•The membership of the society is open for any person.
•Can become member on paying member fee for one time or monthly or annual basis.
•Membership fee shall between ,Minimum Rs.50/SR.10 to Maximum unlimited.
•The Society shall prepare detailed account of expenditure and receipts, and further submit periodic utilization certificates to HAS Members.
•Every members of society Shall have the right to give their considered views/opinion, which may help in the furtherance of the objects of the Society and its smooth functioning.
• (HAS)-Not limited for one region or place, We can use this fund any where by our sources/approach (friends, relative and our people or other NGOs).
•All the income and funds of the Society shall be utilized only for the promotion and upliftment of the aims and objects of the Society
