In an effort to offer a more immersive culinary experience, the festival offers Malaysian grills on Friday where diners can enjoy an array of meats and vegetables marinated in the robust spices that are integral to Malaysian cooking, a Malaysian Masterclass where guests can hone their culinary prowess as Chef Taripin teaches the basics of Malaysian cooking, and an exciting Malaysian brunch on Sunday where one can delight in the myriad offerings.
