moving to Mumbai need some help!!!

Hello Everyone, I want to move to Mumbai in Januar Protected content work at an Ngo or something similar, for education for children and Women in the slums or even against chirldren prostituation.I know its a taff job but i love India and i really would like to start doing this!
I need some help..a lot of Ngo´s not pay. Does anyone know where i else could look into?I also have to sort my visa and flat but of course first a job!
