Need attorney for real estate problem <MAFIA> (Mumbai)

I am not sure how things work here, and we are facing a weird situation with the apartment we own.

Evidently the real estate mafia wants to demolish the 5 storied building where our apartment is located, and construct a multi storied high rise in its place. They have bribed a few key members of the housing society and with threats of violence, misleading information, etc managed to coerce most of the residents.

I intend to understand my rights, and file requisite litigation to prevent our property from being taken over by unscrupulous entities.

Any suggestions?
