New to Mumbai - questions

Hi all, I am new to the site and really appreciate all the useful input I have found so far. I am currently reviewing a job offer in Mumbai and have a few questions I hope you can help me with:

1. names of reliable car leasing companies
2. name(s) of good expatriate understanding real estate rental agent
3. anyone know of any new apartment projects/buildings with units available for rent in Mumbai? preferably in the area around Bandra
4. what would be a reasonable budget for a Protected content apartment in a good area (rent)
5. I have two dogs (smaller size) how are property owners usually with that?
