Share an interpreter/translator? (Mumbai)

Is anyone interested in sharing an interpreter/ translator. I need someone part-time, however it seems that most of the quality interpreters want to be hired full-time. I was thinking that if I got some people together who are also interested in part-time use of interpreters/translators, then we could provide enough work to justify the full-time pay.

I have been told that regular full-time pay is Rs 15,000/mo (this is what the org. I work for says at least). For those in the know - does this sound right?

I am specifying in the Mumbai/Pune area, because I might need them to work with me in both locations and so will probably need someone who is flexible for travel (so if this is of interest to you, then all the better).
