Places I would suggest all of you to go for sure:Indigo Lounge @ Colaba (grt Italian and other cuisine, one of the top rated bars in the city, Huge Wine list, truly International crowd, best nights to go Wednesday, Friday and Saturday)
They also own another Indigo Deli ( A kool breakfast n all day snack place with FREE WI-Fi!) also located in Colaba Both the Indigo's are 2 to 5 minutes walk from Hotel Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba!)
Shiro and just next to it (the world's biggest Hard Rock Cafe!) both located at Bombey Dyeing Mills, Worli) ) Hard Rock Cafe is HUGE / Mega and bigger then I have seen anywhere in the World and always over filled with people lot's of live gigs.Unlike any other Hard Rock Cafe in the world this one is filled and buzzing with local Bombayites daily!) SHIRO is classy, Zen, waterfalls, Huge Buddha statutes, nice VIP lounge kinda place where one can drink, smoke and still breath and talk, good food and grt music one of the biggest and koolest club / lounge in Bombay
Dome (rooftop of Intercontinental) a very good Bar, quite know withing the Media / Banking circuit a nice expensive place....(Smoking Allowed by the poolside lounge!)
Czar in the same hotel Intercontinental located at Marine Drive) a regular club, disc is all I can say...
Prive (OVERLY HYPED!) a good place but suffocating, if you dont smoke I am sure you will DIE, logistics / Valet sucks big time, I still feel the place is Good but its overly hyped and even overly over crowded!

Hotel Sahara Star is a Hot New property in town. Just outside / next to Domestic Airport in Bombay.
The Lebanese and Indian restaurants are already very popular.
Flute / Concept bar is just under the Asia's biggest Dome inside this hotel.
They have a Newly opened Lounge known as 'High Lounge' Lot of International DJ's performing. Nice private booths too.
They have a private Dining room / PDR under the dome, under the bar, which is like sitting inside the aquarium, has no walls all fur sides are the Aquarium and has beautiful marine life and a peaceful environment for a private dinner of up to 12 people.

3) Karma @ SukhSagar 2 minutes walk from Chowpatty Beach (Starting point of Marine Drive!)
Three grt places two watch movies in South Bombay (down town) (Inox @ Nariman Point, Metro Adlabs @ Metro or close to Bombay Hospital!) 'Sterling' the newly renovated small but cute Multiplex with a good choice of food court at VT / Fort area.
INOX is the number 1 and the best and has to be the first choice...Two of the best Chic Malls in South Bombay (downtown)
Courtyard a beautiful private mall with open gardens @ Colaba next to Prive / tetsuma
Atria Mall @ Worli from Mac Book to Aldo, Mango to Nine West and much more its all there! You can also buy a Brand new Rolls Royce or a BMW car inside the mall!!!
For those traveling with young Kids / babies:
Every baby brand in the world you can ever imagine there products are available here. Diapers, medicines, and other accessories and everything else is available very very easily in stores like Kamdhenu @ Nepeansea road, Premsons, Just Moms and Amarsons @ Breach Candy location(2 minutes from the US embassy) Many more all over the city.
There are sometimes hiccups with special baby food or very special medicines or designer clothing for babies / kids so carry them along :)
