Travel/transport (Mumbai)

So am having issues with taxis etc as uber keep locking me out of account ( many issues and very long story) no other taxis seem to take international credit cards. How much would a driver with car cost for few hours a day 5 days a week or do you have to take out for full 8 hours? Are there any taxi companies that let you pay weekly or monthly by cars?
