Stewards and Stewardesses required for Doppio - Bar and Brasserie situated at Breach Candy. The award winning restaurant is designed with cosy soft furnishings and a contemporary feel which creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all guests. We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to fit in with the lively atmosphere of our establishment and help us ensure that the restaurant is running to high standards as we continue with our success.
The Restaurant serves up to 70 covers per service and the menu is put together using local produce and the finest ingredients, to ensure the fullest flavours and the menu changes seasonally.
As a Steward / Stewardess you must be professional and highly organised. It is essential you have a friendly yet professional persona and you must be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team. You will report to the Restaurant Manager and assist him in the smooth running of the restaurant along with supervising staff and ordering and stock control. You will gain knowledge of the fantastic menus and how the restaurant is run smoothly and efficiently.
