Where to spend New Year? (Mumbai)

Hi all! I know it may be a little bit early, but I would like to plan my budget and start looking for a nice hotel to spend New Year in Mumbai. Do you have any suggestion of a nice club where I can spend New Year there? Any idea?
How much is fair for to pay for a fix New Years dinner?
Im completely open to suggestions. This is my 1st New Year in India. Im Mexican and moved on Feb this year.
