Women Only Event: Interested in Masterchef class? (Mumbai)

Hey ladies,

Natalia and I are thinking of organising our first ever "Women only" event - an opportunity for our female members to connect in a smaller, more intimate setting.

For that reason, we've teamed up with GourmetItUp to offer you, ladies, an exclusive Japanese cooking class with Chef Mitesh Rangras, owner of the bandra-based Japanese Restaurant Aoi.

During this two-hour masterclass, you learn how to cook the following dishes:
4 types of sushi
- Maki roll
- Uramaki (California roll)
- Nigiri
- Temaki
Miso soup
Katsu of vegetables & chicken
Yaki of chicken and mushrooms
Assembly of bento

You will get a chance to interact with the chef and learn his secret techniques. Of course you will be provided with the recipes of the dishes taught during the course. Every participant will receive a certificate at the end of the class.

We're tentatively targeting Sunday, December 8, 5 to 7 pm for this Masterchef class. Up to 15 spots are available.
