8-week Empowerment course (Munich)

There is an eight-week empowerment course (meditation, coaching and visualisation) starting next Wednesday, 2nd of April at 8:30 PM in Neuhausen, led by Matthew Checker who has a diverse background in the fields of personal development and spiritual practice, and has been active as a leader in a Buddhist organisation and holding meditation sessions of different forms for over 12 years. The 1st course has just finished and has already been helping us participants in many ways, including securing a much-needed position with unusual confidence, achieving clarity and becoming more courageous and focused to follow dreams.

Three of us are continuing with the next course (the 4th had to move to Berlin for his new job!) and are an easy-going, friendly bunch. More details on the programme can be found here:
