Admin Assistant / Receptionist Wanted (Munich)

Hi All.

SugarCRM is currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our EMEA HQ office located near the Donnersbergerbrücke, starting mid-January Protected content .

Main responsibilities:

• Reception – Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Office Support (Outgoing & Incoming Courier / Mail, Meeting Room set up, Break Room maintenance – stocking etc., Ordering of office supplies / receipt)
• Bookkeeping (Data entry, Processing Invoices (GmbH, France, UK), Administration of Expense Reports (GmbH, France & UK), Verification of documents to ensure acceptability, Petty Cash control)
• Assistance with Travel arrangements – as required but this is normally a user responsibility

We are looking for someone who is able to work full-time Protected content p/w, Mon-Fri), speaks both English and German and has previous experience of the above responsibilities.
