April 23rd -- InterNations invite from AGBC (Munich)

Hello Munich Members!

I am pleased to announce the arrival of InterNations New York Member, Dr. Apostolos Pappas to Munich where he will speak about the St. Tropez Diet!

The American-German Business Club invited the InterNations Members to partake in this great speech.

Diet guru, Dr. Apostolos Pappas, is this month’s guest speaker at the Munich Chapter of the American-German Business Club (AGBC). Apostolos is author of The Saint-Tropez Diet and in his talk on April 23rd he will explain how he created what has been dubbed as the underground buzz diet for fashionistas around the world.

Apostolos is a food scientist and biochemist; developed this diet using latest scientific research on food, nutrition and metabolism. He teamed up with expert Mediterranean French chefs from highly-rated restaurants to develop menus and a cookbook designed to bring out the best of the French Riviera’s cuisine, pimped by science.

It will not only be an educational seminar on healthy eating where he will give tips on a mediterranean diet, he will also talk about how you can celebrate food and enjoy life even more, increase your energy and your vitality just through a change in eating habits - without making a cramp in your style.
