Commercial room for rent by the hour in Schwabing (Munich)

Hey guys,

If anyone needs a room to rent out by the hour for private studying, social events, training events, etc., I may be able to help you out. My colleague Petra and I are planning to offer some English Programs at our "shop", but we are not quite ready yet. So in the mean time, to help cover rent expenses, we are looking for people who may like to rent it out for various uses.
The "Little Shop of Science" room is in the Amalien Passage, Amalienstrasse 89, next to LMU and Universitat U3/U6 station. It is a pretty nice spot. The room is roughly Protected content m, and includes a bathroom and a tiny kitchen. There are 4 tables and 16 chairs. There is also a new projector and screen for use, and a whiteboard.
