Dyslexia testing (Munich)

Hi.
I am looking for a person in the Munich area who is qualified to do testing and certification for dyslexia in a 12-year girl, English speaker. I know that there are of course plenty of people around to do the tests in German and also in accordance with US criteria. We, and the school, need however somebody qualified in England or GB. Unfortunately, the person we had previously to do the regular certification went abroad.
Would be great to get some tips!
