Eeeek help! No sense of direction (Munich)

Hi everyone

I was wondering if anyone could help me please.
I am starting a new job in the bogenhausen cosimapark area.
I have found it really difficult to find anywhere to live in Bogenhausen and I am looking to live near or maybe 40 minutes away.
My problem is I don't know Munich and hope that maybe someone could tell me the names of some areas to search
