Furnished rooms in large apartment in Schwabing (Munich)

Do you want to live in the middle of Schwabing in a large and stylish apartment with three friendly flatmates? From 17 August onwards we are renting out a furnished room with a floor space of 14m² and a balcony of 8m², and from 1 September onwards another one, with 22m².

The apartment Protected content is located just above the underground station Hohenzollernplatz (U2). It is on the second floor (American third floor) of an art nouveau house built in Protected content . It has just been completely renovated three years ago. All rooms have wooden floors. Common areas include the kitchen (20m²), living room (33m², which can also be used as a guest room) 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. It is fully equipped, including washing machine and dish washer.

The rent is EUR Protected content month for the smaller room and EUR Protected content the bigger, including everything: gas, electricity, high-speed Internet, cleaner for common areas. This is a good opportunity for someone seeking a nice room in a big, somewhat luxurious apartment in a great location.

The flatmates: currently we are a local guy from Munich, a girl from the U.S., a guy from U.S. and a girl from Singapore. The two girls are leaving us now and so we are looking for replacements. We are aged 42 and 32, fairly easy-going, social and have a history in flat-sharing. Every once in a while we like to throw a party here—the location is ideal for that because our neighbours never complain.

We like a little bit of an international community in the apartment, so we are looking for other foreign flatmates. Sorry Germans or half-Germans! Also, we’d like to keep the guy/girl balance of 2:2, so we are looking for female flatmates at this moment, between 26 and 38 years old. If you are interested, please write to us with some information about yourself: your background, what you're looking for, how long you're looking to rent for. Thanks!
