Looking for a native Gernan speaker M/F with a very good level of English (written and oral) as a second language.
Good understanding of English is a must since the team members in this project communicate in English.
To provide Customer Care and Technical Support via inbound calls, emails and chat for English and German speaking customers.
If you also have good knowledgde of one of the following languages thhs is considered an absolute benifit but not strickly necessary: Spanish, French, Italian.
--> German in native or fluent level to handle calls, chat and email
--> English in a very good level as a second language to handle email support.
--> PC and Internet knowledge.
--> Technical knowledge of PC hardware is an advantage
--> Advanced communication skills and strong team spirit.
--> Working hours will be M-F 8 hours per day between 08: Protected content
