Gym membership for less than 1 year! (Munich)

Hey Guys,
So new to town. Just went to a gym called Body Up, looked great, but they only take 1 year memberships. I will be around only for a month and I am happy to get your suggestions.
Would there be more flexible options with swimming or crossfit?
