Improving German - writting and speaking (Munich)

Hi everyone,

I have been living in Münuch for approx. 2 years now and learnt German via intense language courses. I found this method superficial and not enough time was dedicated to practice. I need to improve my German speaking and esp. my writting skills in the sense that I need to be made aware of what mistakes I make, word order etc. A business school environment would be ideal (a pleace more focused on professionals rather than just for foreigners). Any ideas, suggestions and advice all welcome!
