India to Munich Relocation information

Hello,
I searched on this forum for the stated subject, but information I found was more than 3 years old. In light of that, I would like to know a few things :
1. Are there long waiting times for bilingual or English kindergarten as well? What are approximate costs of sending a 1.5 year old for half day nursery/kindergarten?
2. Do you know Indian families who have arrived together, iin the sense they got their visa and residence permits at the same time to enable traveling together? Or is it necessarily a 2 step process where I travel first and then invite family?
3. What is the approximate lead time for rentals, in a approx 30 minutes radius from Hackerbrücke?
4. Are there public (free) parks and swimming pools for kids in all localities?
