Intensive German course (Munich)

I just settled in Schwabing and I am looking forward to start an intensive German course to be able to drop my "KInder Deutsche" and speak properly.
I have basic grammar knowledge and am able to understand almost everything but I am scared to talk!!
I want to be in a small group, Protected content a week.

I read here lots of reccommendations for Tandem ...any further ideas?
Are the University courses good? and what about the Goethe Institiute?
