Isar and Vacation (Munich)

Hi-
1) anyone at the isar now and want to lie in the water at the flaucher while chatting a bit? even for just 30 mins.
2) Anyone have any tips for vacation - I am thinking next week for 5 or 9 days- where I can do sports without melting. something with beautiful landscape/lakes (biking) or cool beachvolleyball camp (somewhere with less than 25 degrees- maybe in the mountains?) or kitsurfing (anyone know of any clean and pretty rooms at garda see or nordsee or ostsee or anywhere else? )
