Customer Service/Support skills Processing renewals Working closely together with insurance brokers worldwide Ensuring timely dispatch of renewal policy documents Managing and updating relevant data using database applications
Experience in a similar environment with an emphasis on Health Insurance Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. English native speaker preferred although not required. Proficiency in a second language is a definite advantage Ability to handle clients professionally Excellent computer skills Accounting skills an advantage Organize work priorities, a passion for detail and a basic understanding of business processes Able to work flexible hours The ability to work well in a team and with a strong work ethic
