Just Curious?Graffiti (Munich)

What percentage of people in Germany actually ride their bikes to get places??? I've seen a lot of bikes on google maps, AND I've seen A LOT of graffiti as well. I wonder if their is a market for anti graffiti expeditions! I think I might start a non-profit organization when I get to germany with the paint company Dupont. Am I right? Is there an unusual amount of graffiti on German buildings and walls? and if so, why isn't anything being done about it???
