lifting a piano through a window (Munich)

Dear all,

I live in a private house, where it is technically impossible to lift a piano on the second floor (stairways too narrow). The only way to get the piano into my apartment would be the window. Does anyone have experience on where I can get help?
Which service should I contact to get informed about the price/possibility to do it...?
