Munich English Language schools feedback?

We are moving to Munich this summer and I would like to hear opinions on the relative strengths of the two English Language schools (Bavarian and Munich International). We have one child who will be entering grade 8.

Also, what are the most common areas to live for families attending each school. My work allows good flexibility on location. We do not speak German.
