Munich strange !?!

Hey Munich people...

I now almost live about 5 years in Munich..
And to sum up my experience I would like to get some feedback from u guys how u see Munich?

Pros:
- in the summertime Munich is very beautiful
- finding a decent payed job is kinda easy
- a lot of hq from big companies
- close to other countries
- a lot of different nationalities

Cons:
- it is so hard to find some people that are still down to earth and not the regular degular
- the rents and the coast of living. I really don't understand how Munich can be in any list as a city that is liveable. If you even have a decent job u pay about 50% of ur salary for a shitty small apartment if u happen to even find one
- the beer culture is really annoying. No front but in my opinion Munich has a serious alcohol problem
- too many nosy people . No down to earth people a lot of people are very rich and like to show and demonstrate that
- Munich feels like a ghost town after 8 o clock when the stores are closed
- stores close at 8 pm
- no place for sub culture
- the city is too clean. a little dirt or graffiti would fit the city
- a lot of creative people leave Munich because they also find it boring or no other people that are equal minded

what are ur experience ? And yes I know a lot of people will respond with if u dont like it please just leave :) That is always the same thing that I hear here in Munich.
