Munich this Weekend

Hello Folks, I have a friend visiting this weekend from Geneva. Fun guy and very presentable....
(originally frmo London also). Anyway, noone in my office told me that Monday is public holiday! So actually, can you please suggest some cool fun events, food places, parties etc so that I dont look like a total amateur... I sense Munich is a bit quiet today... and the weather is not helping. Had considered heading out to Waldfest, but again... too much of a gamble with the weather at the moment for all that effort to and from... PM me or drop a note here. Dont be shy!
