Need suggestions with Banks in Munich!

Hi everyone,

i am looking at the best options available to open a german bank account. I would be glad to hear the pros and cons of the Banking facilities here. Foer e.g. things im looking in a bank are:
1) English speaking or atleast bilingual bank
2) Any charges for opening new account
3) Withdrawing money free from any ATM in germany
4) Charges on international usage while traveling
5) Great customer service
