Private medical insurance or public ? (Munich)

I have a private medical insurance here in Germany and now my wife is moving to live here in Germany too.
She has no job at the moment and the only way to benefit of the medical assistance here in Germany would be to join my same insurance, it means around Protected content more per months!

Has someone any experience on this topic ?
