purchased an apartment looking for good tradesman (Munich)

Hi !
I have just purchased an apartment in central München. I am looking for a reliable tradesman who can cut timber straight and knock down a wall without taking the whole house with him/her, I would be grateful for a few tips and maybe someone one who can advise me on internal house design, colour selection is not my strong point :o)
