Re-locating to Munich

Hello All,
My name is Miceal GIll and i am currently living in Ireland . I have a wife and two kids aged 10 and 8 yrs of age . We are considering moving to Munich.
I would be intrested to here from any other members who are in a similar situation and have already relocated to Munich.My main consern is what the schools are like and how big a problem the language barrier would be for the kids in school.
