Recommendation for a Life or Career Coach (Munich)

Hi all, anyone here have good experience with a life or career coach?
I am looking for someone who can help with current career challenges and give clarity on way forward, resulting in a better balance and fulfillment.
Ideally English (speaking) but for my partner who is also looking, a German (speaking) would be preferable.
I have already searched online but without having insight into their experience or quality of work, I would prefer someone who comes recommended.
