SIMunich: Part-time Assistant (20 hours per week)

We are looking for a dynamic person who is able to work under pressure, on own initiative, and can meet set deadlines. The person will be working to assist our personnel team in the following areas:

• Prepare Letters for VISA Applications, Contracts, and Purchase Orders
• Liaise with government offices, foreign offices, etc. for the VISA Applications
• Register SIMunich employees with Accountant
• Assist with relocation of employee´s from abroad to Germany
• Book Hotels and Transfers from Airport to Hotel
• Search for apartments for employees
• Assist with Health Insurance offers
• Liaise with SIMunich employees to ensure timely receipt of Invoices and Timesheets
• Office Management
• Print and filing of documents
• Contact potential clients
• Prepare CV´s

Requirements:
• Self-starter
• Fluent in English and German
• Time: Monday to Thurs

Ideally, the working times will be:

Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 14:00
