Unemployed (Munich)

Can anyone help with this? My husband and I have just relocated to Munich this week with his job. I am keen to work but need to learn German first..the question I have is..if I register as unemployed will I get financial support with language lessons? and help with finding work? I've tried several times to call the unemployment office and emailed my enquiry but to no avail...be great to hear if you can help with this - thanks fia
