Weekend in Munich... any tips?

Dear Munich community,
I will be in Munich this weekend, from Friday noon until Sunday afternoon. Any hints on what I should not miss? Main sightseeings, best Biergarten, any recommendation for lunch or dinnner (German or Bavarian cuisine)?
