Can anyone organize and arrange events or do you have to be Group Consul to arrange events?
The website allows anyone to arrange events in a group yet it seems that Group Consuls do not seem to take too kindly to people organizing events. I have had mixed messages from Internations support staff.
What is the real truth here?
