Advice/help picking up my pets at the airport? (Muscat)

Help! My three cats are being delivered to Muscat from Canada a few weeks after I arrive (estimated arrival of cats at end of September, beginning October) and I don't drive! I was just informed by the vet clinic that taxis may not want to transport them with me back to Nizwa even though they will be caged. Does anyone know of an expat pet-lover who has a small van and driver available on a Thursday or a Friday who would be willing to meet me at the airport after they clear customs, and then take us all back to Nizwa please? Of COURSE I will be as generous as I can for this assistance - I can get to the airport, but if someone is already in Nizwa and can help out with a return journey, I would make it worth their while financially.
