Anything essential I should bring from the UK? (Muscat)

I am relocating to Muscat in January, currently based in the UK. I may rent an unfurnished apartment. If anyone can advise me on things I should try to bring from the uk with me (too hard to find / too expensive locally) I would be very grateful.
