Attestation of a Saudi Certificate of Service (Muscat)

Hi - I am here in Muscat, and I need a 'Certificate of Service' from a private Nursing College run by a private hospidtal (Saad College of Nursing) in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia ATTESTED as part of my employment process for SQU. I am Canadian, but the Canadian embassy only attests Canadian documents (like marriage certificates and diplomas). I have looked online everywhere for specific details and steps of the process, to no avail. Any Internations expertise would be more than welcome.
