Cost of Living in Muscat

I have been offered a job in Muscat, I am married and have daughter of 7 yo, my question is: I have been offered around Protected content + housing+transportation+medical+utilities..
I this a reasonable income for family of three given that I have other expenses...

One other question: Do companies offer educational support for children and should I ask for one
