Family moving to Muscat in December....

Hi all,

We are moving to Muscat in 2 months. We will be living in Shati Al Qurm area. I would like to know if anyone can help me with the following?

-Safe public or private beaches which we can enjoy swimming, lunch and having beach activities as a family

-I heard internet and cable TV is taking too long to connect...is it true?

-Is Le Mills body pump classes available in any of the fitness centers nearby
Qurm? It can be a monthly membership or a pay per class option...
