Family Visa (Muscat)

Hi,
I got an offer from oman based company. They asked me if they provide family accomodation, water and electricity expense how much i can reduce from my expected salary. The amount they offered was Protected content . How much i should ask them? i want to bring my family, I have seen in many news papers and web sites that minimum Protected content required for family visa. If the company paying the room ,electricity and water exp still i need this amount ie- Protected content for bringing family.
